TERMS & CONDITIONS
A paid invoice holds your date; if the invoice is not paid within 48 hours, it will be canceled. Full payment is required at the time of booking for pre-orders and specials. For all other orders, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking.

There is a 14-day cancellation/rescheduling policy. If your order is canceled or changed with less than a 14-day notice, the retainer is forfeited, the non-refundable retainer may be applied to a future order if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before your event. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will lose the non-refundable retainer.

If you book with less than a 10-day notice, you are subject to a rush fee. Design changes are allowed up to 10 days prior to your event. Keep in mind, changes to the design may require an additional fee. Any changes made closer to your event will inquire additional fees or may not be accommodated.

Pick-up is required for all orders unless otherwise prearranged. Pickup window allows for a 30 minute grace period, if you pick up after your allotted grace period you may be subject to a late pickup fee. If you are unable to keep your scheduled pick-up, you must notify me before your grace period ends. We will make one attempt to arrange a different time. If that pick-up doesn’t work out, you will be subject to an additional fee to set another pick-up time. Please understand I am not always able to accommodate late pick ups as it causes disruptions in my schedule.
Delivery is available in Marion/Grant County area for an additional fee. Delivery must be discussed at time of order and I must have a delivery address as well as phone number to complete delivery. You must supply me with a delivery window of 1 hour. If upon delivery no one is available to accept the order, the order will be left at the delivery location (with every attempt to make sure the delivery is safe).

You must check your product before you leave. I will ensure that the product is properly packaged and supported, as well as give you storage and transportation instructions. Once you have left with the product, you take full responsibility. I am not responsible for damage to the product not caused by me, property damage, guest injury, harm caused by eating inedible components of the design, post pick up damage, or allergic reactions.

If, for some reason, you would like a refund for your product, I will need a full return of the product received in the condition in which I gave it to you within 24 hours of the time you picked up the product. Refunds will only be given at my discretion.
